Service Policy – How We Work
At Sparkle and Shine UAE, we follow a transparent and professional approach to every chandelier project. From cleaning to installation, ensuring safety, precision, and client satisfaction at every step.
Site Visit & Scheduling
- We offer a free site visit on the next available slot after your inquiry.
- Our technical team is deployed to the project according to the discussed schedule.
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ written notice for any rescheduling. The new appointment will be based on the team’s next availability.
- Any available team may be assigned to your project. If you require a specific team to continue working on your site, please inform us in advance.
Quotation Validity
- All quotations are valid for 30 days.
- Quoted prices are based on the details and specifications provided at the time of quotation. Any changes in scope or site conditions may lead to a price adjustment.
- Quotations cannot be used as references for future orders.
Order Confirmation & Payment Terms
- To confirm your order, please send us a Purchase Order (P.O.) or make an advance payment.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion and clearance.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. A 100% cancellation fee applies.
Safety & Compliance Policy
- Our team strictly follows UAE occupational health and safety standards, including safe working-at-height procedures.
- All technicians use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety harnesses where required.
- The client must ensure safe access to the chandelier area (scaffolding, lift, or ladder) unless Sparkle and Shine UAE provides these arrangements as part of the service.
Insurance & Liability
- All our technicians are fully insured under both Health Insurance and Employer’s Liability coverage.
- Sparkle and Shine UAE is not liable for pre-existing faults, weak ceiling structures, or damaged wiring beyond our control.
Scope Limitations
- Our services cover chandelier cleaning, installation, repair, and relocation only.
- We do not perform ceiling reinforcement, electrical rewiring, or civil work.
- Any issues identified outside our scope will be reported to the client for approval before proceeding.
Access & Site Conditions
- Clients must ensure that electricity, lighting, and access equipment (such as scaffolding, lift, or ladder) are available when the team arrives.
- If the site is not ready or access is restricted, the visit may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.
Damage & Risk Disclaimer
- While our process is designed to be 100% safe and break-free, certain chandeliers may carry inherent risks due to age, fragility, or pre-existing defects.
- In such cases, our team will inform the client before proceeding. Sparkle and Shine UAE will not be responsible for material-related breakage beyond reasonable control.
Transportation Liability (for Chandelier Moving)
- When clients use their own transport or moving company, Sparkle and Shine UAE is not responsible for damages occurring during transit.
- If we handle transportation, full handling and safety liability applies under our insurance policy.
Project Delay Policy
- We make every effort to complete all projects within the agreed timeline.
- If delays occur due to client-side issues such as site inaccessibility, lack of power, or incomplete preparations, additional labour charges will apply for extended working hours or repeated site visits.
Emergency / After-Hours Service
For urgent, same-day, or after-hours service requests (evenings, weekends, or holidays), a 50% service surcharge applies.
Refund & Dispute Resolution
- All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
- Any disputes will be resolved amicably and, if necessary, escalated under UAE consumer protection regulations.
